They claim that their trial is free or for a very minimal cost but they send BOTH the trial and the program together. If you don't cancel within the 8 days of when they ship the product they charge you for the full program ($78) and they WON'T give any refunds, no matter what. Even if you did cancel, but they have no record of it! They are a very sneaky company. Some people have sent back the product and the company claims to have received it damaged and charged anyway. I have seen over 100 complaints of that. They will screw you over. Some have sent back the product without an RMA number (by just writing "return to sender" on the box) but the company - EVEN STATING THAT THEY DID RECEIVE THE PRODUCT BACK - will not give a refund and will charge the full amount because they didn't get the RMA number. That is thievery. They probably turn around and sell that exact same package that they just got the money from and rip off someone else with it. I would urge EVERYONE to look elsewhere before choosing their "free trial" because it is ANYTHING but free!! You are enrolled in their monthly program and stuck. There are hundreds of people who have called up to cancel to be told that they are a day late (even though by their calculations they should be a day early)... remember it is from the day they ship not the day you receive it that the 8 days begin. I received mine a few days into my trial. Had I not been pregnant and could actually use the product - I would not have had the time to use it and truly decide if it really worked before they stick you with a NONrefundable charge. They have an 'F' rating with the BBB of Colorado and have over 200 unresolved complaints a year (the average company has 2). Don't trust this company! Be wary of this company!!
